Electrical Current The electrical current in
Internet ‘Wi-Fi’ wireless internet is provided in all villas, lobby and Plantation Club. Your computer should automatically detect the network setting “Phuket Pavilions”, but please contact Guest Service Executive should you require any further assistance.
Safe Deposit Boxes A personal safe is located in the wardrobe and we recommend that you place your valuables and passport in the safe when not in use. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables.
Security Our security staff is on duty at all times - 24 hours - around the clock. However, you'll be happy to know that Phuket is one of the safest international holiday destinations.
Smoking Smoking is strictly regulated by Thai laws and is not permitted inside the Villa. We kindly ask that you smoke outdoors on the terrace.
Transportation/Taxi Service The Pavilions provides transportation within Phuket by limousine. Alternatively, you can use local taxis. We strongly recommend that you use the taxis that are at the entrance of the resort as each section of Phuket has different taxi companies.
