Sanur is one of the main beach resort areas on the south coast of Eastern Bali. Located just 20km from the airport, Sanur is a charming area, less intense than Kuta and more genuine than some of the newer areas.

The Pavilions is tucked away in seclusion, yet close to the beach and the shopping boulevard.

Direct access to Bali is now available via direct flights from Bangkok, Guam, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Cairns, Melbourne, Perth, Taipei and Kansei.

Practical Information for your Trip to Bali

Air Conditioning

All of our villas are equipped with air-conditioners. A setting between 23 and 25 degrees C° is suggested as a comfortable range for the local climate.

Airport

Denpasar International Airport is located about 20 minutes from The Pavilions Bali. We recommend that you leave one and a half hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and two and a half hours prior when travelling to international destinations.

The Concierge can arrange a car service to the airport.

ATM & Currency Exchange

Automatic Teller Machines accepting International cards are available in Sanur, about 5 minutes walk away. Foreign exchange services are available at the Front Desk.

Car Rental & Limousine Service

Car rental and chauffeur driven jeep and car service can be arranged through the Concierge. You need an international driving license to drive in Bali.

Check out time is at 12:00 noon. If you would like to keep your villa for an extension up to 6pm, 50% of the daily rate applies. After 6pm, the full rate applies.

Cheques

Cheques are not accepted as payment in our resort.

Children

The Pavilions Bali is designed for adults who come to enjoy a romantic hideaway. Children under 16 years old are not permitted.

Drinking Water

Complimentary aqua gallons are provided in your villa. We recommend you do not drink the tap water in Bali.

Electrical Current

The electrical current in Bali is 220 volts/50 cycles.

Internet

Internet access is available in The Bale and there is wireless connectivity in the villas.

Packing and Shipping

The butler can do simple packing for your shopping items. Professional agencies for more elaborate packing and shipping can be organised through The Bale.

Safe Deposit Boxes

A personal safe is provided in each villa and we recommend that you place your valuables and passport in the safe when not in use. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any valuables. Please lock your villa at all times.

Security

Crime in Bali is very low in general but please pay attention for your own safety. Our security staff is on duty 24 hours.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly regulated by Indonesian law and is not permitted inside the villa. We kindly ask that you smoke outdoors on the terrace.

Transportation Service

The Pavilions can provide transportation within Bali in jeeps or cars. Alternatively, you can hire transportation. We strongly recommend that you use a chauffeur for your comfort. Taxis are also available and can be booked by The Bale.
